Jennifer draws on her background in finance and project management combined with academic research at MIT on artificial intelligence and machine learning to ensure businesses grow smart and strong. Her career has been largely dedicated to working with nonprofits including leading educational institutions MIT and Kamehameha Schools.

With decades of expertise building teams and businesses, including within Fortune 50 corporations, Alex brings his strong business acumen to every project, ensuring efficiency and focus. He has experience working with both public and private actors in the energy sector and other projects to achieve highly successful outcomes.  

Is a dental public health resident with experience providing care in federally qualified health centers. Previously she worked as a lead dentist at a community health center in Wisconsin and dental director of a community health center in Virginia. She is an active advocate for alternative care models, including teledentistry and mobile dentistry. 

Ms. Mary E. Foley is the Executive Director of the Medicaid-Medicare-CHIP Services Dental Association (MSDA).  Ms. Foley received her license to practice dental hygiene in Massachusetts and holds a Master’s Degree in Public Health with a concentration in Epidemiology and Biostatistics from the University of Massachusetts School of Public Health.  In this role she has established MSDA’s seat at the table with other national dental organizations including CMS, CDC, and HRSA. 

Her expertise in understanding the legislative and regulatory policy has help transition State dental programs that drive equitable healthcare for all. 

She has advanced date-driven policy aimed at improving the health, health delivery and costs for Medicaid beneficiaries.    Earlier in her career, Ms. Foley served as the Director of the Massachusetts Department of Public Health (MDPH), Office of Oral Health (OOH). In this role Ms. Foley had oversight of all state funded dental public health programs addressing surveillance; access; prevention; and education. She was the lead in an expansion of the MA Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) Dental Safety-Net; the Tufts Developmentally Disabled Dental Program and participant in the Massachusetts Special Legislative Commission on Oral Health.
